These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1777sz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online betting and gaming services available at https://1777sz.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1777sz operates as an English-language online betting platform designed for use by eligible adults. This Platform specifically addresses users in the Pakistan market in English. We do not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are responsible for determining the legality of using our Services under their applicable local laws.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
Access to and use of the Services is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Platform may require age verification documents as part of the KYC process. An individual's ability to satisfy an age requirement does not, by itself, confirm the legality of gambling under applicable local law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform makes no representation that access to or use of the Services is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk. 1777sz reserves the right to restrict or deny access to users from specific jurisdictions at any time.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or use the Services: (a) individuals under the minimum age requirement; (b) individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform; (c) individuals whose Accounts have been closed for cause; and (d) individuals prohibited by applicable law from accessing gambling services.
To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate, current and complete at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) create a strong, unique password; (b) not share your credentials with any third party; (c) notify 1777sz support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account; and (d) ensure that you log out from your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared device.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The displayed currency is the reference currency for all transactions, bets, bonuses and withdrawals on the Platform. Exchange rates, where applicable for certain payment methods, are applied at the time of the transaction.
The Platform is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and may require verification at other stages of account activity. KYC verification is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling measure, not a reflection of distrust toward individual players.
You may be required to provide one or more of the following: (a) a government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport); (b) proof of address; (c) proof of payment method ownership; and (d) any additional documentation reasonably requested by the compliance team. Documents must be clear, unaltered and valid.
Withdrawals may be delayed pending successful KYC completion. The Platform will endeavour to process verification requests promptly but makes no guarantee as to specific processing timelines. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in Account restrictions.
The Platform operates in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Suspicious activity — including unusual transaction patterns, structuring or use of multiple payment methods — may be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law, and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Deposits must be made using payment methods supported in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. The Platform does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds being met; (c) minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as displayed in the cashier; and (d) the Platform's fraud and AML review procedures. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible.
Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable review. The Platform does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines. Players are advised to check the cashier for indicative processing windows for their chosen method.
Where cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are supported (including BTC and USDT), standard platform KYC and AML obligations still apply. Blockchain transaction fees are the responsibility of the user. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate; the PKR equivalent at the time of the transaction applies.
Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Platform may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain account activity.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by 1777sz. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet appears to exploit a technical error in odds, where match integrity concerns exist or where the bet exceeds applicable staking limits.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as published by the recognised governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for ICC events, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, FIFA for international football). The Platform's decision on settlement matters is final and binding.
Live betting markets are subject to rapid change. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. Where a bet is accepted due to a technical delay and the odds at acceptance differ materially from the correct odds, the Platform reserves the right to void or reprice the bet. Players use live betting at their own discretion.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by market, event type and player account status. These limits may be adjusted at the Platform's discretion, including in response to player betting patterns.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: abandoned events not rescheduled within a specified timeframe; incorrect odds due to manifest error; events cancelled prior to any material play; and where the bet was placed by or on behalf of a Prohibited User.
Each casino game available on the Platform operates according to its own published rules, accessible from within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages shown on the Platform are illustrative or operator-confirmed figures based on long-run statistical averages and do not represent guaranteed individual session outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game or casino round, the Platform will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system failure, stakes may be returned at the Platform's discretion. The Platform is not liable for losses attributable to a player's own connectivity issues.
Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios in real time. All live game results are determined by physical game outcomes (cards dealt, wheel results, etc.) and are not subject to software manipulation. Where a live stream is interrupted, bets placed in the affected round may be voided or settled based on available recorded footage.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, the affected bet(s) will be voided and stakes returned. The Platform does not honour payouts resulting from software errors, display errors or technical faults that produce an outcome inconsistent with normal game operation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements and expiry dates. General Bonus Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility. Only bets meeting minimum odds or game eligibility criteria contribute to wagering.
The Platform reserves the right to withhold, cancel or recover Bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in Bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; using a Bonus in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will, where possible, be notified of material changes. Continuing to use a Bonus after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
New player welcome bonuses are available to eligible players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit. The specific bonus amount, minimum deposit, wagering requirement and eligible markets are detailed in the active Welcome Bonus promotion terms. The Platform may offer welcome bonuses of up to PKR 25,000 — exact amounts depend on the applicable promotion at the time of registration.
1777sz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, personal or psychological harm, players are encouraged to use the Platform's responsible gambling tools and seek appropriate support.
The following tools are available to all Account holders through the Account settings: (a) Deposit Limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) Loss Limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (c) Session Time Reminders; (d) Temporary Time-Outs; and (e) Self-Exclusion. Limits take effect promptly upon activation. Requests to increase limits or shorten cooling-off periods are subject to mandatory review periods.
Players may request self-exclusion by activating the feature in Account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and the player is restricted from accessing the Services. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period. Players who self-exclude are encouraged to extend the exclusion across other gambling platforms they may use.
The Platform employs age verification measures as part of its KYC process. Where minor access is suspected or reported, the Platform will suspend the relevant Account pending investigation. Account holders must not permit any person under the minimum age to access their Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as permitted by these Terms. No other use is authorised. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from 1777sz.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1777sz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777sz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
The Platform's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk, that you may lose all or part of the funds you wager, and that 1777sz is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal use of the Services, including losses from unsuccessful bets or casino game play.
1777sz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the contact details held on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure through the support channel.
These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 1777sz holds its operating licence. Pakistani law may apply to the extent required by applicable mandatory legislation affecting Pakistani users.
In the event of a dispute between you and 1777sz, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. We endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where an informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to the competent dispute resolution body under the applicable licence jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective or representative action.
